2014 Wimbledon Live TV Schedule, Online Coverage & Odds to Win

The 2014 Wimbledon tournament TV schedule and online coverage is just days away! Wimbledon is of course one of the most popular tennis events of the season and this year the wall-to-wall coverage of all the action will be covered by the ESPN family of networks starting on Monday, June 23 and running through Sunday, July 6. With coverage from ESPN and ESPN2 nationally, along with online coverage from ESPN3, WatchESPN and ESPN Deportes, tennis fans will be able to catch every point in this year’s Wimbledon tourney!

Las Vegas odd makers have put out the odds on who they think will take home the titles for the men and women’s competition.

In the men’s group Novak Djokovic is the favorite to win this year’s Wimbledon championship. Djokovic, who is listed at 7/4 odds is followed by Andy Murray at 7/2, Rafael Nadal at 4/1, Roger Federer at 6/1 and rounding out the top five is Grigor Dimitrov at 20/1.

On the women’s side, Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova are the top two favorites by far. Williams is listed at 3/2, while Sharapova is 11/2. The rest of the top five look this way, Petra Kvitova  is third at  10/1 followed by Li Na at 12/1 and Simona Halep at 14/1.

Last year’s champions were Andy Murray and Marion Bartoli.

Here is a quick run down of some of the key dates fans will want to keep note of as the tournament progresses. The first round of action will begin bright and early here in the US starting at 7 a.m. EST Monday morning for both the ladies and men. Round 2 is scheduled to kick off on Wednesday, June 25th, while round three action will begin on Friday June 27.

The Quarterfinals will take place on July 1st and 2nd, followed by the Semi-finals on July 3rd and 4th. After all of that great tennis action, the last two ladies standing will battle it out for the women’s championship on July 5 while the men’s final will be held on July 6th.
